"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island."

"The property is well equipped and spacious. Price was a little over £75. Per person per night. You couldn’t hire a beach hut for that! A small suggestion would be to add handrails to garden steps and steps to kitchen could be boxed in and carpet tread added,my little dog had an issue getting up and down them , plus a coat of white paint to bedroom furniture. But that’s nit picking. All in all a relaxed and pleasant stay Thank you ,Chiara and Rob ."

"Had a nice family stay in Rayleigh. Convenient location for visiting places in Essex. Rayleigh itself is a good town with lovely parks, and cafes. Apartment was very suitable for our family, and convenient having parking space."
